Recovery Houses
We offer 24-hour support in our community-based CQC-registered Recovery Houses. Our Recovery Homes are situated in the heart of the community and promote a balance of support, independence, dignity and respect, these houses are the ideal transitional step in supporting individuals moving from 24-hour care towards independent living. We able to continue this support and provide continuity of care with our community recovery team.
Community Based Recovery Support
Our dedicated team of community based support workers are able to provide support and guidance to a range of clients living in their own homes. This may include support with medicine management, activities of daily living and social activities. Everyone working at Community Recovery is focused and motivated to ensure that clients are able to maintain their own tenancies and alongside their bespoke support packages are able remain in the community.
Qualified Guidance
The service is delivered by a qualified Mental Health Nurse and managed by a qualified General Nurse. The staff team have access to this support 24 hrs a day via an On Call service.
